How to frost/etch glass easily?
- Ensure glass surface is clean, dry, and free from grease or dust.
- Apply masking or stencil if design etching is required.
- Apply RXSOL Glass Frost Liquid Plus evenly using acid-resistant brush, roller, or spray system.
- Allow contact time of 2-5 minutes depending on desired frosting intensity.
- Rinse thoroughly with copious amounts of water.
- Neutralize surface if required and dry with clean cloth or air.
Safety and Handling Precautions
- Highly corrosive liquid; avoid direct contact with skin, eyes, and clothing
- Use appropriate PPE: acid-resistant gloves, face shield, goggles, and protective clothing
- Use only in well-ventilated areas or under fume extraction systems
- Avoid inhalation of vapors
